2010: The Year of The Law Firms

In 2010 we had a tremendous increase in the number of law firms that purchased High Limit Disability Insurance. The reasons for this were perhaps many, but we know of a few cases whereby the firm had experienced the effects of one or more of their partners suffering from a disability. They witnessed firsthand what we preach daily, financial distress to the partners and their families due to underinsurance. Being underinsured in the event of a disability can be as devastating as not being insured at all.
